Errand Express built the Errand Express, EE Driver and EE Merchant app as Free apps. These SERVICES are provided by Errand Express at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Google Play Services
Providing services and features. Errand Express uses the data we collect to provide, personalize, maintain, and improve our products and services.
This includes using the data to:
Create and update users’ accounts.
Verify drivers’ and delivery persons’ identity, and eligibility to work.
Enable deliveries, and other services.
Track and share the progress of deliveries.
Enable features that allow users to share information with other people, such as provide feedback for a restaurant.
Data provided by users. This includes:
User profile: We collect data when users create or update their Errand Express accounts. This may include their name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, and profile picture
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
When you use the Services, we may collect and store general location information (such as IP address). If you permit the Services to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system (“Platform”) or browser, we may also collect and store the precise location of your device when the Errand Express app is running in the foreground or background of your device. This information may be used to help you select your delivery address, to provide more accurate deliveries of your orders, to provide recommendations to you, and to enhance your user experience and improve the services. You can choose whether to enable the location tracking feature through the settings on your device or Platform or when prompted by the Errand Express mobile app. If you choose to disable the location feature, EE Driver will not receive precise location information from your device, which may compromise the accuracy of deliveries.
Data created during use of our services. This includes:
Location data (EE Driver app (delivery person)): Errand Express collects this data when the EE Driver app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.
Location data (Errand Express app (delivery recipients)). We collect precise or approximate location data from delivery recipients’ mobile devices if they enable us to do so. Errand Express collects this data from the time a delivery is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground of their mobile device. We use this data to enhance your use of our apps, including to improve pick-up/drop off locations ,and prevent and detect fraud.
Location data (EE Merchant app (Merchant)): Errand Express collects this data when the EE Marchant app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device to enable the accuracy of the Bluetooth Auto print functionality.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY RELATING TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Modification/Cancellation Policy: To cancel or modify your transaction, please contact Errand Express customer service as soon as possible and we will assist with making the modifications. If the restaurant has completed preparing the meal then Errand Express is not responsible if or when the restaurant refuses to make the modifications.
Refunds: For any cancellations processed, you should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the request. This time period includes the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 14 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the reversal request.
Ensure to retain a copy of transaction.
When will I receive my delivery?
In the cart confirmation page, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Time or maybe same will be communicated via telephone. Please note that this will not be a guaranteed delivery time for your order. Our system calculates this estimated time considering the total amount of time to process your order. This includes the time to prepare the meal, transit time to the restaurant, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Time:
Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for the restaurant to prepare your order. This typically takes 15 – 30 minutes. However, some orders can be prepared within 15 minutes and some may take up to 45 minutes.
Transit Time: The amount of time it takes the delivery personnel to pick up your order and arrive at your location.
When we receive your order for the very first time and we are ready to process it, we will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you provided on your order. At that time, we will confirm your order and provide the best estimate for the delivery (an approximate time window). Deliveries will be made as long as the restaurant is open. We will make every effort to deliver within the timeframe provided.
How to prepare for your delivery?
You will receive a confirmation email and a push notification from us stating the delivery time of your order so you can make arrangements for someone to be home when the delivery man comes by. Redelivery is not possible. If for whatever reason the delivery failed due to negligence on your part, please note the situation will be logged, and your future orders with us will be impacted.
What am I responsible for upon delivery?
Please ensure you have the total cash for your order if the chosen payment method was cash. If not, this could affect your future service with us. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that the order received is the order that was confirmed. If the delivery personnel leaves your premises without any complaint from you, this represents your acceptance of the order in perfect condition.
What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery. For example, if you need a specified time window, your address is not accessible via motorcycle or you were not available for your scheduled delivery.
Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?
We try not to make any changes to the delivery address once your order has been placed. Orders placed online begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfillment. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be canceled and then replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If the delivery is late, do I get some discount?
It really depends on the circumstance. There are cases we offer a discount on the current purchase or a coupon offering a discount on the next purchase.
